Welcome to ParentPath (parentpath.space). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and online parenting courses. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

IMPORTANT: Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in any course. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including our no-refund policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

2.1 Course Purchase

When you enroll in a course, you are purchasing a license to access the course content for the duration specified in the course description. Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment processing.

2.2 Duration Access

Unless otherwise stated, courses purchased on ParentPath include 3 months access to the course materials. You may access course content as many times as you wish, at your own pace, for as long as the course remains available on our platform.

2.3 Course Content Updates

We may update, modify, or improve course content from time to time. These updates will be made available to enrolled students at no additional cost. However, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify courses at our discretion, with reasonable notice to enrolled students.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY COURSE PURCHASES.

3.1 Rationale for No-Refund Policy

Because we offer immediate access to complete digital course content upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds. Once you have access to the course materials, the intellectual property has been delivered to you in full.

3.2 Pre-Purchase Information

Before making a purchase, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Watch the course trailer video to preview the course content, teaching style, and topics covered
  • Review the detailed course curriculum provided on each course page, which outlines all lessons and learning objectives
  • Read the course description carefully to ensure the course covers your child’s age range and your specific needs

We provide comprehensive information about each course to help you make an informed decision. Our support team is available to answer any questions you may have before you commit to a purchase.

3.3 Exceptions

The only circumstances under which we may consider a refund or course credit are:

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent you from accessing course content, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate purchases of the same course made in error (you must contact us within 48 hours)
  • Unauthorized charges or fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation and verification)

Refund requests for these exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing to Support@parentpath.space within 7 days of purchase, with documentation of the issue. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Registration

To enroll in courses, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Personal Use Only

Your account and course access are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your account credentials, sell, transfer, or sublicense your course access to any other person or entity.

4.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All content on ParentPath, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ParentPath or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

By enrolling in a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any right to:

  • Download, reproduce, or distribute course content (unless expressly permitted for downloadable resources)
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from course materials
  • Use course content for commercial purposes or public display
  • Share, sell, or redistribute course access or content to others
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in our courses

5.3 Downloadable Resources

Some courses include downloadable resources such as worksheets, checklists, and guides. These materials are provided for your personal use only and remain subject to the same intellectual property restrictions as all other course content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of ParentPath or any third party
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate termination of your account and course access, without refund.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. However, price changes will not affect courses already purchased.

7.2 Payment Processing

We accept major credit cards as payment. All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

7.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes (including sales tax, VAT, or GST) based on your location. Taxes may be added to your purchase price at checkout where required by law.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Educational Content Only

IMPORTANT: The courses and content provided on ParentPath are for educational and informational purposes only. 8.2 No Warranties

Our services and course content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • Course content will achieve specific results for your child
  • Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Any errors in course content or platform functionality will be corrected

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARENTPATH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ParentPath and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any harm caused to any third party as a result of your use of our services.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. However, termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund for any purchased courses.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) extended periods of inactivity; or (d) at our business discretion. Upon termination, your right to access course content will cease immediately, and you will not be entitled to any refund.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have provided an email address) or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lebanon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ParentPath regarding the use of our services.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and ParentPath’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms or our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
